I have had a much better experience than the other review. The rental process is different than it used to be. With the market, some people do rent without actually seeing the place. Class Act has systems as most property managers do. That includes using a lockbox system to see places, it is rare you are shown by someone unless the owner is renting. There is an easy system to schedule repairs and a phone number for emergencies only. Most contact is done by email which protects both manager, owner and the tenant. Class Act has been very professional, timely and respectful. Mark has always responded to any concern promptly, both by email and needed action. Would definitely recommend!
